Please leave the time setting on your smartphone set to ‘automatic’. Manual settings with different times can lead to restrictions when using SBB Preview.

  • International travel: change ticket from 2nd class to 1st class

    Hello everyone, I have ordered a ticket the Arth-goldau to Florence, Italy. But I forget to select 1st class when I order my tickets. I have a 1st class Swiss Travel Pass. How can I change my tickets from 2nd class seat to 1st class seat? Many thanks.

    I just purchased a 1st class ticket on the Gotthard Panorama Express from Lugano to Luzerne through SBB app. However, I can not find out how to reserve a seat now. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you!

  • Is the Saver Day Pass valid for the Glacier Express

    Hello!
    I have made a seat reservation for two people on the Glacier Express in 2nd class for 25 August 2026, and we intend to purchase our tickets at a later date. I would kindly like to ask for some information.I downloaded the SBB Mobile app and found an offer for that date (25 August 2026), specifically the Saver Day Pass.
    If we purchase this pass, will it be valid together with our existing seat reservation for the Glacier Express on that date?
